These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the Boundless AI Store Launch Kit (the "Service") from Cotton Bloom Market LLC, doing business as Boundless AI, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us"). Boundless AI is a brand of Cotton Bloom Market LLC.

1. What you're buying

For a one-time fee of $67 (plus any optional add-ons you choose), we set up an affiliate online store on a domain registered in your name, configure private registration and an SSL certificate, provide standard pages, submit the store to Google Search Console, hold a 1-on-1 launch call (30–45 minutes, scheduled by calling (425) 818-3778), and provide 90 days of 24/7 email support.

2. Payment and no subscription

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show COTTON BLOOM MARKET.

No recurring charge is started at checkout. There is no subscription and no domain renewal fee.

3. No income promises

We do not promise or guarantee any earnings. Commissions are paid by third-party retailers under their own program rules, which may change or deny approval. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

4. Third-party services

Your store relies on third parties (domain registrars, hosting providers, affiliate programs such as Amazon Associates). Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

5. Refunds

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, follow the rules of any affiliate programs you join, and not use your store for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
